That was it... I removed the special characters out of the user name and password. I still had the same issue. I had to not only, log out, shut the app down but it wouldn't start working until I rebooted my iPad and iPhone. But it all works now. Thanks so much. Great program and great support. Time ...

Thanks for the quick reply. I can't load clips either on my iphone from the app. It looks like it starts to load to the play screen but then jumps back to the preview page. It makes no difference if I'm on my local network or another. Thanks for the info and I look forward to the next version.

I can view the All camera page but when I try to go into the individual camera view, the pin wheel keeps turning. I have tried closing, reinstalling, turning the camera off and on, different iPhones, different IPads, I still can't view the individual camera. Suggestions?
