I want this feature too. I would like to be able set it save 5 seconds before movement detection and 30 seconds after movement stops. I have large amounts of disk space and would also like the option to have continuous recording on certain cameras on my system. Right now I have to rely on the SD car...

Thank you for this info. I've been using this setup to run an SNH-P6410BN. As I exepected the outdoor cam SNH-E6440BN also works using these settings.
