i have. make sure your isp modem is bridged

on live view i can see both cameras. when i try to make one bigger i get this error. help

How much does this suck...I sell their software to my customers. And when my customers who depend on this feature to work, I can't give then an accurate answer. There is no feedback from these guys and I'm pretty sure they haven't worked on it all weekend. Unacceptable. Does anyone else have another...
