HD Outdoor WiFi IP camera suggestions (PT, Z?)

I have 2 Foscam IP cameras now, an HD 9805W & SD 9806. I'm looking to add a 3rd; but maybe looking into a remote movable camera.

Is there a $100ish (up to $150) Outdoor PT & maybe Zoom HD WiFi camera, that will also work seamlessly with Sighthound?

Any thoughts on this one?

I don't have high expectations from them; esp at that price. Not looking to spend $300 for the Foscam FI9828P.
