Devin had me try this and both worked:
Protocol: rtsp
Port: <leave empty>
Stream Path: /ch0_0.h264
Protocol: rtsp
Port: <leave empty>
Stream Path: /video.mp4
The camera serves its own webpage using a browser at its IP address (admin/000000 is the default for login).
