Run external command when "Could not connect"

Hello,

Once in a while one of my cameras need to be reset/restarted. It would be great if Sighthound would execute an external command when the camera is in "Could not connect" state. This would be a property on individual cameras.

What I would do is trigger an event in the home automation system that would switch power to the camera off and on.

It should probably retry a few times. Also presume it takes a minute or two for the camera to boot up.

As a workaround I could restart the cameras on a schedule, but this is not as nice.
