Just for grins, I opened a ticket with tech support. They got back to me promptly, and asked me to change the settings on my camera from h.265 to h.264. I did that, and sitehound is now happily recording motion through my camera. Thanks tech support!

Is anybody successfully using an modern Annke camera with Sighthound?

I have a C500 that I'm unable to get sighthound to connect to.

VLC works by using "rtsp://camera-ip/Streaming/Channels/101".

Using that URL and the appropriate creds in Sighthound does not work..."could not connect".

Settings look like this (not the actual IP for security reasons):

I'm unable to get this camera working with sighthound video. Putting "http://camera-ip:port/doc/page/preview.asp "in the stream path doesn't work. Anybody else have success with it?

Works fine in Blue Iris, and with the camera's own web interface.
