I am using a 10 year old PC and am thinking of upgrading the SH license to add more cams anyway, so I'll go ahead and get a new PC and use 5.1.7 in the meantime. Thanks.

Did you ever get this resolved? I have the exact same issue with People filter no longer working and all alerts are captured as Unknown.
